Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Mary Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-seventh Street to West Seventieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3621 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
