Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of Twenty-sixth Avenue from Yesler Way to a point One Hundred and Twenty (120') feet North, from the North margin of Yesler Way, all in City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
