Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest, from West Lander Street to West Alaska Street; Thirty-ninth Avenue Southwest, from West Lander Street to West Charlestown Street; West Charlestown Street, from Fortieth Avenue Southwest to Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest; Manning Street and West Hanford Street, each from Walnut Avenue to Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest; West Hinds Street, from Thirty-eighth Avenue Southwest to Fortieth Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3622 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
