Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Seventieth Street and North Seventh-first Street, each from West Green Lake Boulevard to Fremont Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of the proper dimensions and materials together with all necessary wyes, opening, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3600 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
