Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifth Avenue, from Virginia Street to Vine Street; Lenora Street, Blanchard Street, Bell Street, Battery Street and Wall Street, each from Fourth Avenue to Fifty Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with some suitable material, together with armoured concrete curbs and corners, and including as a part of said work the construction and reconstruction of all sewers, and side-sewers and watermains, with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, water service, fire protection and drainage of said district; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, and by such grading and regrading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3585 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
