Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 39th Avenue South from Ferdinand Street to Americus Street, and Americus Street from 39th Avenue South to 42nd Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3597, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
