Introduced as Council Bill 18276

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 31st Avenue South from Yesler Way to Jackson Street; Washington Street from 30th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, the construction of concrete or armored concrete curbs, and providing for the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3595, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
