Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Spokane Street and West Spokane Street, from 1st Avenue South to Klickitat Avenue and from Indiana Avenue to 28th Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by making repairs to the existing bridge and laying a top of asphalt or other suitable material, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3587, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
