An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of Shilshole Avenue, from 14th Avenue Northwest to 496.08 feet Northwest of an intersection with 22nd Avenue Northwest; 22nd Avenue Northwest, Vernon Place, 20th Avenue Northwest, and Dock Place, each from Shilshole Avenue to Ballard Avenue; Ballard Avenue, from 17th Avenue Northwest to Dock Place; 17th Avenue Northwest, from Shilshole Avenue to West 50th Street; 15th Avenue Northwest, from the meander line to Leary Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 21303; 14th Avenue Northwest from the meander line to West 50th Street; 11th Avenue Northwest from meander line to West 51st Street; 9th Avenue Northwest from meander line to West 50th Street; 8th Avenue Northwest, from Ewing Street to West 41st Street; 8th Avenue Northwest, West 52nd Street to West 48th Street; 7th Avenue Northwest, from West 42nd Street to West 43rd Street; 6th Avenue Northwest, from Ewing Street to Leary Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 21303; 3rd Avenue Northwest, from Kilbourne Street to Leary Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 21303; Ewing Street from 3rd Avenue Northwest to 9th Avenue Northwest; West 39th Street from Ewing Street to 3rd Avenue Northwest; West 40th Street and Ross Place, each from Ewing Street to Leary Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 21303; West 41st Street from 8th Avenue Northwest to Leary Avenue, as established by Ordinance No. 21303; West 42nd Street from Ewing Street to Leary Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 21303; Fern Place from Ewing Street to 8th Avenue Northwest; West 43rd Street from 8th Avenue Northwest to 7th Avenue Northwest; Bright Street from 9th Avenue Northwest to 8th Avenue Northwest; West 44th Street from 11th Avenue Northwest to Leary Avenue as established by Ordinance No. 21303; West 45th Street from Shilshole Avenue to 8th Avenue Northwest; West 46th Street, from Shilshole Avenue to 8th Avenue Northwest; West 47th Street, from 17th Avenue Northwest to 8th Avenue Northwest; West 49th Street, from 11th Avenue Northwest to 9th Avenue Northwest; West 50th Street, from 11th Avenue Northwest to 9th Avenue Northwest; and approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues and approaches thereto; in conformity with such established grades and for the cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said streets and avenues and approaches thereto, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
