Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 46th Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to Orcas Street; 44th Avenue South, from Hudson Street to Dawson Street; East side of 42nd Avenue South from Hudson Street to Turk Street; East side of 39th Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to Rainier Avenue; West side of 39th Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to Hudson Street; Hudson Street, from 39th Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; and Dawson Street, from 43rd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3561, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
