Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Montlake Boulevard, as established by Chapter 94, Session Laws of 1911, from the north line of the Government Canal right of way in Section 16, Township 25 North, Range 4 East, W.M., to a point approximately 800 feet south of the south margin of East 45th Street, to connect with an unnamed street, established by Ordinance No. 26929; said unnamed street, established by said Ordinance No. 26929, from said connection with Montlake Boulevard to a connection with East 45th Street; Eat 45th Street from said connection, east to the east line of section 16, Township 25 North, Range 4 East, W.M.; Union Bay Place, from East 45th Street to 30th Avenue Northeast; the extension of Union Bay Place, as established by Ordinance No. 26926 from East 45th Street to East 41st Street; East 41st Street, from its connection with Union Bay Place to the west line of the plat of Laurelhurst and Surber Avenue; 30th Avenue Northeast from Union Bay Place to East 50th Street; Exposition Place, from East 45th Street to 35th Avenue Northeast; 34th Avenue Northeast from Exposition Place to East 50th Street; East 50th Street from 34th Avenue Northeast to 35th Avenue Northeast; 35th Avenue Northeast from East 50th Street to East 55th Street; the extension of Brintnall Place as established by the aforesaid Act of the Legislature, from 15th Avenue Northeast to Montlake Boulevard as heretofore described, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, constructing necessary bridges and culverts and by paving the same with macadam, asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete or plank foundation, together with brick, concrete or asphalt gutters, and concrete, armored concrete or wooden curbs, together with all appurtenances for the necessary drainage and sub-drainage of the district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3303, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
