Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Charles Street and Norman Street, each from 23rd Avenue South to 26th Avenue South; 23rd Avenue South, 24th Avenue South and 25th Avenue South, each from Dearborn Street to Norman Street; 26th Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to Judkins Street; and Judkins Street, from 26th Avenue South on the north to 26th Avenue South on the south, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; with concrete and armored concrete curbs, brick gutters, and the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3652, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
