Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 70th Street and East 68th Street, each from 10th Avenue Northeast to east line of James Division of Green Lake Addition; East 69th Street from 10th Avenue Northeast to W.M. 14th Avenue Northeast produced south; East 67th Street and East 66th Street, from 10th Avenue Northeast to west line of McAllister's Addition; and 12th Avenue Northeast, from East 65th Street to East 70th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing and side-walking the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 47757, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
