Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 15th Avenue Northeast, from the alley north of Ravenna Boulevard to Seattle Electric Company's right of way; 16th Avenue Northeast, from East 55th Street to the above named right of way; University Boulevard, from East 55th Street to Ravenna Boulevard; 17th Avenue Northeast from Ravenna Boulevard to the above named right of way; 18th Avenue Northeast, from Ravenna Boulevard to East 58th Street; 20th Avenue Northeast from East 55th Street to the above named right of way; 21st Avenue Northeast from a point 90 feet north of East 54th Street to East 56th Street; Ravenna Avenue from East 54th Street to East 56th Street; East 55th Street from a point 200 feet west of Ravenna Boulevard to Ravenna Boulevard; and from 20th Avenue Northeast to Ravenna Avenue; Ravenna Boulevard, from 15th Avenue Northeast to 20th Avenue Northeast; the alley in block 10, Thompson's University Addition to the City of Seattle; from the east line of Lot 4, to Ravenna Boulevard, and along the Seattle Electric Company's right of way from 15th Avenue Northeast to 20th Avenue Northeast; Ravenna Place from Ravenna Boulevard to 15th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3339, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
