Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Lucile Street from the east end of the viaduct between 10th Avenue South and 11th Avenue South east to the west line of 15th Avenue South; also 13th Avenue South from 200 feet south of the south line of Lucile Street to the north line of Dawson Street, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3383, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
