Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from the east margin of 6th Avenue South to a connection with the existing bridge near the west margin of 5th Avenue South to the east margin of 6th Avenue South; 5th Avenue South and 6th Avenue South, each from Main Street to Jackson Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with brick or stone gutters, and granite curbs, and including as part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3510, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
