Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 55th Street, between 21st Avenue Northeast and Ravenna Avenue; Ravenna Avenue between East 54th Street and Ravenna Boulevard; East 54th Street, between 21st Avenue Northeast and Ravenna Avenue, all in the City of Seattle,, by grading, curbing and laying concrete walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3556, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
