Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 37th Avenue North from East Denny Way to Washington Boulevard; 36th Avenue North from East Thomas Street to Florence Court; East John Street from 36th Avenue North to 37th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with concrete or armored concrete curbs, and including as a part of said work, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, by constructing concrete sidewalks and concrete stairways, and doing such temporary planking and such grading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3325, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
