Title

An ordinance granting permission to the Tonkin Realty Company, B. H. Petley and others to improve the alley in block 18, Randall's 3rd Addition, and block 9, Randall's Addition, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with armored concrete curbs and by the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, at their own cost and expense, in accordance with plans to be prepared by the city engineer.
