Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 44th Avenue Southwest, from West Alaska Street to West Edmunds Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 47531, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
