Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 17, J. J. McGilvra's 2nd Addition being the alley between 37th Avenue North and 38th Avenue North; and East Highland Drive and East Prospect Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, planking and the construction of wooden curbs and gutters, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3572, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
