Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 33rd Avenue, from East Pine Street to the north line of East Howell Street; East Pine Street from 32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue; East Olive Street, from 33rd Avenue to 34th Avenue; East Howell Street, from 33rd Avenue to 37th Avenue; 36th Avenue and 37th Avenue, each from East Howell Street to East Denny Way, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt and other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3406, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
