Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of East Fiftieth Street, from Twenty-first Avenue Northeast to 22nd Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
