Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Dose Terrace, from the Easterly Margin of Thirty-first Avenue South to the easterly margin of Thirty-third Avenue South, all in The City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing concrete or armored concrete curbs, and by the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3558 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
