Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Harrison Street, from Westlake Avenue North to Fifth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by construction granite or armoured concrete curbs; by constructing sewers and watermains with all appurtenances necessary for the sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by constructing concrete sidewalks; by doing all necessary grading and by constructing such temporary plank roadways as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3343 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
