Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Woodland Park Avenue, from West Green Lake Boulevard to North Seventy-sixth Street; North Seventy-third Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to a point Two Hundred Seventy (270) feet West of Aurora Avenue; Winona Avenue, from Woodland Park Avenue to North Seventy-fourth Street; North Seventy-fourth Street, from Winona Avenue to a point Four Hundred Five (405) feet west of Aurora Avenue; North Seventy-fifth Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to a point four hundred Seventy-four (474) feet West of Aurora Avenue on the South; North Seventy-sixth Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to Aurora Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers in said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3422 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
