Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Fifty-ninth Street, from Latona Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northeast; East Sixtieth Street from Latona Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northeast; Fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Fifth-ninth Street to East Sixtieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing and the necessary surface and sub-drains and concrete walks and wooden cross walks, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 47402, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
