Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixty-ninth Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to the west line of Holman Addition to the City of Seattle; West Seventieth Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-third Avenue Northwest; West Seventy-first Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-third Avenue Northwest; West Seventy-second Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-third Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, by construction sewers therein of the proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary wyes, catch basins, manholes, flush tanks and other appurtenances and connections necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3291 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
