Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Alder Street from Thirteenth Avenue to Twenty-third Avenue; and East Fir Street, from Sixteenth Avenue to Twentieth Avenue; and Eats Spruce Street from Twelfth Avenue to Twenty-first Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of concrete walks and providing for the necessary drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3352 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
