Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fifth Avenue North, from Helen Street to East Galer Street; East Prospect Street, East Highland Drive, East Lee Street and East Galer Street, each from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-fifth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks therein and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3396 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
