Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Ninth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street; Tenth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-fifth Street to East Forty-seventh Street; and Eighth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-seventh Street to Playfield between East Forty-seventh Street and East Fiftieth Street; and East Forty-seventh Street from Seventh Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks thereon, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 47065, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
