Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fourth Avenue and Twenty-fourth Avenue North from East Madison Street to East Cherry Street; East Denny Way, East Olive Street, East Pine Street, East Pike Street, East Union Street, East Spring Street, East Marion Street and East Columbia Street, each from Twenty-third Avenue to Twenty-fourth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material, together with brick or asphalt gutters, concrete or armoured concrete curbs, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, together with all the appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3324 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
