Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the West Fifty-six (56) feet of Whatcom Avenue, from Hanford Street to Railroad Avenue; Railroad Avenue, from Whatcom Avenue to Washington Street; Hanford Street, from First Avenue South to Whatcom Avenue; Atlantic Street, from First Avenue South to Railroad Avenue; Dearborn Street, from Railroad Way to Railroad Avenue; Railroad Way, from First Avenue South to Railroad Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick, block or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by filling, by the construction of granite curbs and gutters, together with such sewers and watermains with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district all in accordance with Resolution No. 3350 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
