Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-fourth Avenue West, from Grand Boulevard to Elmore Street; Thirty-fifth Avenue West, from Grand Boulevard to Thurman Street, all in The City of Seattle, by attaching fire hydrants to the existing watermains in said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3448 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
