Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Genesee Street, from Rainier Avenue to Fifty-first Avenue South; Thirty-eighth Avenue South, from Conover Way to Court Street; Thirty-ninth Avenue South, from Genesee Street to Dakota Street; Fortieth Avenue South, from Genesee Street to Dakota Street; Forty-seventh Avenue South, from Genesee Street to Adams Street; Adams Street, from Forty-seventh Avenue South to Forty-eighth Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, constructing the necessary bridges and culverts and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3530 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
