Title

An Ordinance providing for establishing the grades of an elevated viaduct and bridge for street purposes, from the West margin of First Avenue South to the westerly margin of Railroad Avenue along the South side of Yesler Way, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the construction and maintenance of said viaduct and bridge, and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
