Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Tenth Avenue Northeast and Eleventh Avenue Northeast, each from East Fifty-second Street to Ravenna Boulevard; Twelfth Avenue Northeast from Three Hundred (300) feet North of East Fifty-second Street to Ravenna Boulevard; Brooklyn Avenue from Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet North of East Fifty-second Street to Ravenna Boulevard; Fourteenth Avenue Northeast and Fifteenth Avenue Northeast from East Fifty-fifth Street to Ravenna Boulevard, and Ravenna Boulevard from Fifteenth Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of the proper dimensions and materials together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3297 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
