Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Forty-fifth Street, from Twentieth Avenue Northeast to Ravenna Avenue; Twentieth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street; Twenty-first Avenue Northeast from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewer therein of the proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3371 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
