Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, from Washington Street to Pike Street, all in the City of Seattle, by replanking the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3351, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
