Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 16, Plat of Columbia, (being the alley between Ferdinand Street and Hudson Street, from Rainier Avenue to 37th Avenue South) all in the City of Seattle,, by grading and planking the same, and doing such work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3313, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
