Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Newton Street, from 11th Avenue North to 13th Avenue North; Emmons Place from East Newton Street to East Boston Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks, curbs, sewers and water mains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection, of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 46075, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
