Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 9, Terry's 5th Addition to the City of Seattle, and block 206, Seattle Tide Lands, these being the blocks between Dearborn Street and Charles Street, and 6th Avenue and Maynard Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by bridging, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3398, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
