Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of Tract 17 of Sarah B. Yesler's Tracts, an addition to the City of Seattle, and of an unplatted strip of land lying between West line of said Tract 17, and the east margin of 23rd Avenue, as platted in the Supplemental Plat of Block 32, of H. L. Yesler's 1st Addition to the City of Seattle, for a site for public buildings, and providing that the payment for the same be made from the Library Fund of the City of Seattle.
