Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Dearborn Street, from 7th Avenue South to a point 750 feet west of Rainier Avenue all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs and by constructing concrete sidewalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3311, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
