Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 22Board of Public Works Avenue North from Boyer Avenue to East Newton Street; East Howe Street from Boyer Avenue to East Lynn Street; East Blaine Street from East Howe Street to the west line of H. S. Turner's Interlaken Addition to the City of Seattle; and Boyer Avenue, from East Howe Street to west margin of 15th Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage,, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 45530, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
