Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of Alki Avenue, from Orleans Street to Sixty-third Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
