Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Orcas Street from the west line of Lot Sixteen (16) in B. W. Johns and C. H. Hanford's Five-acre Lots, to the boulevard along the shores of Lake Washington, established by Ordinance No. 20957, all in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
