Title

An Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Engineer to incur an indebtedness against the General Fund of The City of Seattle in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) for the purpose of constructing sewers and drains on Dexter Avenue between Galer Street and Fourth Avenue North, together with a necessary outlet on Galer Street, produced from Dexter Avenue to Lake Union, and appropriating Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) therefor. And further providing that when a Local Improvement District for constructing sewers on Dexter Avenue is created a provision shall be made whereby the General Fund may be reimbursed for said sewer construction.
