Title

An Ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of Lots One (1) to Four (4), inclusive, and the East Sixty (60) feet of Lots Five (5) to Thirteen (13), inclusive, in Block Seventy-four (74), in the plat of the Lake Union Shore Lands, all in the City of Seattle, for garbage crematory and destructor and other municipal purposes, and providing that the payment for said property and property rights be made from the proceeds of the sale of negotiable bonds of the City of Seattle, approved by the electors of the City of Seattle at a special election held September 5th, 1911.
