Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Thirty-seventh Avenue from a point one hundred (100) feet more or less north of the north margin of East Spring Street to the intersection of Thirty-seventh Avenue and Randolph Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway; and proving for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
